Kuwait | 23 July 2026: Apparel Group, a leading global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, in partnership with DUDigital Global, an NSE-listed technology and service company specialising in government service solutions and global mobility, is pleased to announce the official commencement of operations of the Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) in Kuwait under the authorisation of the Embassy of India, Kuwait.

Following a brief administrative pause during the rollout process, ICAC operations have officially resumed, with all three centres fully operational from 23 July 2026. The centres will provide passport, visa and a comprehensive range of consular services on behalf of the Embassy of India, Kuwait.

The partnership combines Apparel Group’s extensive regional presence, operational excellence and customer service expertise with DUDigital Global’s global capabilities in government service delivery and digital solutions to provide secure, efficient and citizen-centric consular services for the Indian community and other applicants across Kuwait.

Applicants can now access services at ICAC centres located in Kuwait City, Fahaheel and Al-Dajeej. All three centres operate seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing greater accessibility and convenience for applicants throughout the country.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked through the official ICAC Kuwait website at kwicac.dudigitalglobal.com. Tatkal applications will also be accepted on a walk-in basis at all centres, subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis.

ICAC Kuwait offers a comprehensive suite of consular services on behalf of the Embassy of India, Kuwait, including passport applications and renewals, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) services, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), attestation services, visa-related assistance, Surrender and Renunciation Certificates, Global Entry Programme verification, and other miscellaneous consular services.
